Dear Delta Exchange Global Users,

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure and well-managed platform, Delta Exchange

Global is introducing a monthly Account Maintenance Fee on inactive accounts that continue

to hold balances on the platform.

Purpose of the Account Maintenance Fee

Accounts that are no longer actively trading but continue to hold balances involve ongoing

custody, security, and operational costs, and present elevated risks around account protection

and asset safety. The Account Maintenance Fee is designed to encourage users of such

accounts to withdraw their idle funds in a timely manner, while offsetting the cost of

safeguarding balances that remain on the platform.

Scope of the Account Maintenance Fee

Account Maintenance Fee is selectively applied only to inactive users from Delta Exchange

Global. An account is considered inactive if it has not placed any trade in Futures or Options in

the last 90 days.

We encourage all affected users to act before 25th August 2026 00:00 UTC. If trading privileges

are available to you, you can resume trading in Futures, Options or spot; otherwise, simply

withdraw your full balance — in either case, no Account Maintenance Fees will be charged. The

detailed steps are covered in the "How to Avoid the Account Maintenance Fee" section below.

Please note: KYC verification is mandatory to withdraw funds. If you have not completed KYC,

please complete your verification first and then withdraw your balance.

Fee Structure

- Fee amount: USDT 10 (or equivalent) per month, per account.

- Deduction date and time: 25th of every month at 00:00 UTC (midnight), starting 25th

August 2026.

- Price snapshot: Asset prices are captured at 00:00 IST on the 25th of each month,

immediately before the deduction, and the fee is deducted at these prices.

- If your total balance is less than USDT 10 on the deduction date, the entire remaining

balance is charged, and your balance becomes zero.

How is the fee collected?

The Account Maintenance Fee is always charged in USDT. If your account does not hold a

sufficient USDT balance, your assets are automatically converted to USDT to cover the fee, in

the following order:

DETO → USDC → BTC → ETH → XRP → SOL

To collect the fee, your assets are converted to USDT one by one, following the order in the list

above. We begin by converting the first asset in the list that you hold. If that asset is enough to

cover the USDT 10 fee, we convert only that much and nothing else is touched. If it is not

enough, we convert all of it and collect the remaining amount by converting the next asset in the

list — and this continues until the full USDT 10 is collected.

Example: How the Deduction Works

Suppose a user holds DETO, USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP, and SOL. Here is how the monthly

deduction plays out over two months.

Month 1 — 25th August

Total

The user's DETO balance (USDT 15) is sufficient to cover the full USDT 10 fee — so DETO

worth USDT 10 is converted to USDT and collected as the fee, and no other asset is affected.

The total wallet value reduces by exactly USDT 10.

Month 2 — 25th September

Snapshot prices and balances on 25th September, immediately before deduction (note that

prices can change month to month):

This month, the user's remaining DETO is worth only USDT 3.33 — not enough to cover the full

fee. Following the order above, the entire DETO balance is converted to USDT first, and the

remaining USDT 6.67 is collected by converting the next asset in the order, USDC (100 − 6.67 =

93.33). Once again, the total wallet value reduces by exactly USDT 10.

How to Avoid the Account Maintenance Fee

The Account Maintenance Fee can be avoided by completing the following steps before 25th

August 2026:

  1. Complete KYC verification if you have not already — KYC is mandatory for withdrawals.
  2. If trading is available to you, resume trading in Futures, Options, or spot — once you complete a trade, your account is no longer considered inactive, and the Account Maintenance Fee will not apply.
  3. If trading is not available to you, withdraw your full balance to your own wallet. You can withdraw your assets directly as they are (BTC, ETH, and so on), or — for added convenience — use the optional one-click conversion popup on the homepage and wallet page to convert everything to USDT and withdraw in one place.

Once your balance is fully withdrawn, or your account is active again, no Account Maintenance

Fee will apply to your account.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
